A trusted family-owned company
Official visits run on a fixed programme. A meeting at a ministry, a site visit, a lunch with partners, a reception at the end of the day. Everything is planned around appointment times that were agreed weeks in advance, and the transport in between has to hold that schedule together.
We provide coaches and drivers for delegations visiting Amsterdam, The Hague and the rest of the Netherlands. Government and trade delegations, embassy programmes, incoming business visits, and company delegations travelling to a partner or a production site. Our team plans the movements around your programme, not the other way around.
Delegation programmes change while they are running. A meeting overruns, a host adds a stop, a departure is brought forward by an hour. That is normal, and it is the reason we work with a driver who stays with your group for the day rather than a series of separate pick-ups.
Your contact at our office keeps the driver informed during the day, so a change in the programme does not become a phone call to a dispatcher who has never seen your itinerary. You send us the updated timing, we handle the rest.
The Hague hosts a large number of embassies and international institutions, and delegation programmes there often move between several formal locations in a single day. Arrival times are fixed, parking near venues is limited, and a coach that waits in the wrong place costs the group ten minutes it does not have.
We plan those days in advance with the venues in mind: where the group can be set down, where the vehicle waits, and how long the transfer between two appointments actually takes at that time of day. Read more about our coach hire in The Hague.
Amsterdam limits which coaches may enter the city centre, and this affects where your delegation can be dropped off.
For a delegation this usually decides the vehicle. A smaller coach can reach venues that a full size coach cannot, and where a large vehicle is needed we plan the set down point and the waiting location before the day starts. Our team knows which venues work with which vehicle, and we will tell you when a smaller coach is the better answer. Rules are set by the municipality and can change. We check the current situation for your dates before we confirm a programme.
Coaches collect passengers at the arrival passage along Koepelstraat, signposted for touring coaches. Your driver is there when the group comes through, with the group name displayed.
For delegations arriving on separate flights we plan the waiting time in advance, so the vehicle is where it should be without running up parking costs at the terminal. More about our airport shuttle service.
Our fleet covers everything from a minivan for a small party to a full size coach for a large group.
Larger delegations often travel in two vehicles: one for the principals and one for staff and accompanying press. We plan both around the same schedule.
The faster we have the programme, the sooner you get a quote that holds.
We reply within 24 hours on working days.
We are a family owned coach company that has operated from Amsterdam since late 2013. Our drivers are local and multilingual, our office is reachable during your programme, and our advice is direct, also when it means telling you that a plan does not fit in the day. That depends on the vehicle and the destination. Coaches over 7.5 tonnes need an exemption for the area inside the S100 ring, apart from the permitted route. Smaller vehicles have more freedom. Tell us the venues and we will confirm what is possible before you fix the programme.
Yes. For delegation programmes this is the usual arrangement. The driver and vehicle stay with your group, which means a change in the schedule does not leave you waiting for transport.
Yes. We regularly plan two or more vehicles around one shared schedule, so both parties arrive at the same time.
As early as the programme allows. Delegation dates are often fixed months ahead while the detailed timing follows later, and we can hold a vehicle on the date and complete the itinerary afterwards.
Yes. Multi-country programmes are planned around the driving and rest hours that apply to professional drivers, so we will tell you in advance what fits in a day and when a second driver or an overnight stop is needed.
